Couldn't Have Said It Better Ourselves
A few weeks ago, a piece on ghostwriting was published in the Style Section of The New York Times.
The article talked about how more and more folks are turning to speechwriters for help on, not just their professional speeches and presentations, but their personal ones. Kudos to the author, Mr. Bruce Feiler, on the wonderful piece because we couldn't have said it better ourselves. It not only was an easy read but Mr. Feiler successfully shed light into our industry as well as highlighted certain issues we speechwriters come across on a regular basis. Like how we re-work negative emotions regarding the new spouse and how most of our clients keep mum on our existence. We understand the latter and never expect our names to be screamed at the top of the mountain but it is refreshing for our profession to be recognized.
If you're due to deliver a speech - whether for professional or social reasons - and are considering hiring a speechwriter, read this article. It'll enlighten as well as help you arrive at a decision. Or, ask us. We'd be more than happy to help you.
